Polycrop bed after most of the bolting leaf crops have been removed.
Rocket (arugula) plant in flower - it seems a shame to remove these plants, but space has to be made for the other crops and for transplants.

A Food Growing Course
As Ireland's first eco-village is being built in Cloughjordan, 11 people meet once a week to learn how to grow food. This year long course is the beginning of one of the educational cornerstones of the eco-village, where small scale intensive gardens are the focus of research, education and demonstration. The project begins with three separate allotment plots being managed using three different gardening methodologies.
