Week 25 - Bed EX5

View from above, 10 weeks after sowing, showing red beetroot (top), pink beetroot (middle), Swiss Chard (bottom left) and Rhubarb Chard (bottom right). These plants have done well in the recent weather, and seem to be flourishing in the soil conditions.

Typical globe beetroot (top) and the white/pink ringed Barbietola di Chioggia variety both needing to be thinned/harvested.

Rhubarb and Swiss Chard ready for the first harvest of outer leaves.
